One of my Filipino friends is a graduate from there. Eventually got his PHD from Brown. He wasn’t kidding when he said blacks are imbeciles. Yeah it sounds harsh, and he predicted this would happen that they would just pass the mexicans and blacks due to “racism” as an excuse.

sorry, but that’s flat out truly racist.
Blacks as a whole not imbeciles, but certainly the vast majority of poor people of any race are poorly educated. Without the needed support at home which most poor children do not have, they are not typically taught the values needed to succeed in school and life.
I have met many brilliant blacks, but typically they are immigrants from Africa who came from families that valued education. Also, many blacks who are adopted into wealthy families who value education also do very well.
