I think recent time lines put the delay closer to 70 min.
I have heard such reports as well. But I am using the conservative number until more can be confirmed.
Unfortunately, the Uvalde Police Department and School District have stopped cooperating with investigators.
Everyone is lawyering up and we may never know all the truth.
