Wow. It’s true then (I thought it was).
Another factor to show how ludicrous reparations are is slave ownership. A significant minority of slave owners of blacks were in fact blacks. I also know this to be a fact.
My son lived near Danville Virginia back in the early 2000s. Danville you will recall was the last Capitol of the south in the civil war after Richmond fell…it was brief. Anyway because of that they have a lot of the official ledgers in the museum. One of which was the accounting of slave owners. Listed by name, age, race..everything. I don’t remember the exact number but MANY were black men. I seem to remember in the hundreds.
