Dems are going to get beat up big in the Novemnber elections. They are scrambling for issues, any issue to avoid focus on the disastrous sate of affairs under Biden. S they are now focused on gun control and abortion, which by November will be number 20 and number 25 on the top ten list that the majority of people will vote on.
Yes.. Dems can run on taking guns away and transgender rights.. MAGA will run on stopping inflation, lowering gas prices, closing the border etc..

I can hardly wait for the Democrats to finally come out and say an assault weapon is any semi-automatic weapon.

The counter argument: According to the CDC (yes, THAT CDC whom the libs LOOOOOOVE), in 2020 law-abiding citizens exercising their Second Amendment rights prevented or stopped 2.2 million criminal acts. Doing the math, that equates to more than 6,300 crimes thwarted EVERY hour of EVERY day of 2020. Or, TWO crimes per SECOND for EVERY second of the entire year. GUNS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM!
