Why bring it up at all. Maybe because it was the outcome of the trial. Seems like he got a pass back then also.

cited for misdemeanor manslaughter. In the end there was no court case and he was exonerated by a coroner's jury.

I’m not kicking any person dealing with an adiction. I pray that Nancy’s husband seeks help. Maybe he’s still dealing with his brother’s death. Everyone has a skeleton in a closet.
