Yup—Nursing home staff members take a lot of abuse from the residents and morale tends to be low.

The WH has become one big nursing home at this point.

Burnout caring for Alzheimer patients is large....and if you’ve visited their Institutions you can quickly see why. Many work only 4 hour shifts because enduring further takes a huge toll.

I stayed two weeks, night and day with a family member to give her husband a break. It took everything I had to endure the outbursts, the anger, the frustrations and not being able to stop her suffering.....and suffer they do.
