Your source confirms the sorties are limited to dashing in and out of Ukrainian borders, because otherwise their planes will get shot down. Which corroborates my original assertion that the Russians do not have air superiority. You’re not really making much of a point if you just cherry pick a source and then pretend that the other information in the source that contradicts your point doesn’t exist.
