He waited too long to indict Sussman. The text message was past the statute of limitations. So he couldn’t be charged with that lie. The lie he was charged with was the conversation with Baker the next day. And it was Sussman’s word against Baker’s. With the text messsage as supporting evidence.

Just one of the many ways the left gets away with criminal behavior. The stature of limitations having run out certainly will not be mentioned in any propaganda media reports or in so-called history books.
