They never did, that was distributed among several connected people. It always is. We pick up the tab, in debt or in taxes. Our servants take US to the cleaners, then get mad when we tell them WE are The Sovereigns.
Don’t be afraid of the Sovereign citizen label. That is how our Nation was devised. ALL power is derived from the consent of the governed. OUR consent, they govern in certain things. We now have to ask THEIR consent, it is flipped on its head.
I was musing on why I as a resident(citizen?) of WA state. When and if I go to Idaho, or Montana to hunt, I cannot purchase a rifle to use. It has to be shipped to Washington per the Federal unconstitutional bureaus proclamation. I HAVE TO ASK PERMISSION from my servants in my residential State, if I may please buy a rifle that is legally sold in Idaho to anyone who resides in any of over 40 states without jumping through hoops, but since I am “the servant” of the state of WA, I cannot.
It cannot be show more clearly. I belong to the State of my residence, the State does not belong to The People.
Stop with the 40B BS - they are getting less than 10B. 20 B goes to refuges in other countries, 11 B goes to rebuild US arms stocks, <9 B goes to Ukraine for arms.
