The cell phone reason is not a proven thing. No one really knows why that door was propped open and left open just in time for the killer. That teacher needs to be publicly questioned and held to account for her actions. She is the second most responsible person for all those dead children after the murderer himself. She violated lockdown procedures, training, and common sense at very least. Her actions may be found judicially criminally negligent. It sure looks like it from where I stand.
