Which gun laws did he violate? Kid was a law abiding citizen, until he wasn’t. Could be wrong, I think he had beef with the cops a couple times and he was a weirdo, but I don’t think he had a record and he purchased the guns and ammo legally.
The GOPe are no friend of conservatives. Remember that. McConnell worked against Trump at a time when the Senate and House could have passed every da*n bill they have promised us over the years and Trump would have signed it.
Remember the comparatively meager amount of money Trump wanted to build the wall? McConnell worked to block it. Now, McConnell quickly joined in as they passed several times that amount to send to Ukraine.
Now, McConnell, Cornyn, and others will jump on the “gun-control” band-wagon in order to pass laws that take firearms away from conservatives, but leave them in the hands of criminals and the politicians’ secret service team. Armed protection for them. For you? Eh, call the police.
Cornyn is such a loathsome RINO. We have got to take him out the next time he comes up for re-election.
If only Republicans would just say of these bills: None shall pass!
I can’t cite a specific law. But aren’t there laws broken because he was firing that gun before he even reached school grounds? He probably did not have a permit to carry that gun in public, but don’t know for sure about that. The school was probably a gun free zone. Carrying that gun with intent to commit a crime is itself criminal, from what I understand.

In general I don’t think they care. If it does, they will help the dems behind the scenes by helping push things through conference and on to vote - providing GOP votes if needed - just like they’ve been doing for Biden all along. If it doesn’t then they will have to be more clever about hiding the fact that they aren’t doing any of the things they promised but after four years of obstructing everything Trump wanted to do, well, they figure they can just get away with anything now anyway.
