Less than 10 percent of shootings nationwide involve a suspect who has a mental illness, according to the National Alliance on Mental Illness. f the national alliance of misfits who call themselves experts.

this is straight up Bull sh!#. My b.s. alarm went off so loud it hurt my head!! there is a mental illness(es)involved in anyone who murders another.

not everyone who is unbalanced is a murderer, but every murderer is unbalanced.

Bring me a person who shot at another that wasnt unbalanced unless it was clearly self defense.

How do you tell between the two ahead of time?

I don’t think that the Charleston church shooter, Columbine shooters, Buffalo shooter, and many workplace shooters are/were mentally ill in the sense of being detached from reality.

Monstrously selfish, consumed with rage, nursing a grudge or idea to obsession, but not insane, certainly not in the legal sense. Unbalanced, yes, but a lot of unbalance is letting yourself get to that place.
