Only if we let them and then what. Some people think this is a preparatory action to start a war with Nato. Maybe we have another Sino Russia alliance. What happens if Russia wins and then North Korea and China invade South Korea and Taiwan where we have treaty obligations. Taiwan and even Sweeden have felt threatened by what had been happening even before this mess. What do they know that we don't? If Russia loses they wont do that. Since it is “not out war” Do you think we should pull out of Nato and Seato? China and Russia are likely the only large powers left in the world with a malevolent nature who could hurt us. It is foolish to just let Russia go with out trying to stop it.
