This link explains why the cops did not enter the building. VEry suspicious, a brand new police chief, a couple of days before the incident. There are some copied comments and an unrolled twitter thread that really needs to be seen at the link (at the below link) because images. Looks clear to me that “someone” put this new oaf in charge to order the cops to stand down.
