a) lets count the WV case, and any other case where the attack is thwarted as a mass shooting attempt, i.e, counts in favor of your prediction.
b) if perp happens to be black, it STILL counts as a mass shooting (#chicago, #baltumore, NYC subways, etc.)
c) I would strongly suggest that anyone on this forum who knows an FFL dealer, check and see if an 18 to 24-year-old has decided to purchase a high-end semi-automatic rifle in the past 30 days.
If I was one of these operatives who flipped, I'd remember the words of Patrick Henry... "I only regret I have but one life to give for my country."
