It’s a horrible thing if true but there is no way to claim the authenticity of this video. The Russians are well known for propaganda (look at their mainstream media). How do we know this is not a staged production ?
This video has been going around for at least ten years, because I saw it about ten years ago. So, it’s probably from the Chechen Wars or the Russo-Georgia War.
