The deaths in Waukesha did not involve guns. Automotive homicide is OK, only guns, and particularly “assault rifles” like the AR-15, are truly and heinously evil. Therefore, Joe Stolen only concerns himself with the heinous and evil, for which he seems to have a certain affinity.
