Kissinger, the same guy who screwed up the Paris Peace talks and got the US the short end of the stick? That Kissinger?
And Mearsheimer? A hardcore leftist who is lauded by the socialists, and has not — as far as I know — ever been critical of the USSR or Russia (isn’t he the guy who said the Bolsheviks had the right idea but had no idea how to properly implement Bolshevism? Maybe I’m thinking of someone else; I read some of Mearsheimer’s articles a few years ago). He said his his preferred candidate in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary was Bernie Sanders. He has said that economic inequality in the United States was the greatest problem faced by the nation.
Call me...skeptical.
