In round numbers, Russia has 5,000; we have 4,000; China has about 400 and is on a fast-track to build more; no one knows how many Israel has, but I’ve heard 100; France has 300; Britain has 200; Pakistan has 170; India has 160; North Korea has 20; Iran...on the cusp.
That’s well over 10,000. If it’s all-out, everyone loses.
