I don’t know which photo you are referencing, but I think Markle doesn’t look thinner than usual. She definitely doesn’t look anorexic, just normal thin. I grew up that way, and have stayed that way, except for pregnancies.
What strikes me is the sheer quantity of photos that were taken of her posing at the memorial. Why? One was more than enough.
