Whenever you meet Europeans and mention the chance of Russia or China starting a war, they always look at you like you’re a fool and tell you that’s not going to happen.

Our grandiosity - in light of the fact we can't protect our own borders or harden our schools or pay our own bills - is insane.

Well, war is NOT going to happen to them - Europeans know we'll be the people who'll run into the fire to save their sorry asses - and we'll be the people burned ...

We had the money and means to protect everyone in the world in the past. Then rebuild them ...after World War II... We don't have that money now.

Now we're like the silly school coach who wants to 'save' all the troubled kids and be the hero - while his own family goes under.

Our grandiosity - in light of the fact we can't protect our borders or harden our schools or pay our own bills - is insane.

Agreed. If NATO enters the war, which is pretty much inevitable, Turkey will be forced to uphold their membership or leave NATO and join in with the Russia/China/Syria/Saudi Arabia/Iran/Armenia/CTSO, etc axis.

I don’t think our Navy has any business in the Black Sea re Ukraine, but I will ALWAYS support our American military heroes.

We all need to keep that in mind.

And the Black Sea is also Turkey’s lake. By controlling access (into or out of thru) the Dardanelles, it always will be. I don’t care for Turkey, either (the country, not the meat).

Maybe we could trade leaders with them. Biden seems to be working for Ukraine these days.

Maybe someone should tell these starry-eyed Ukraine unicorns dreamers that Erdogan ain't lettin' any NATO ships into the Black Sea.

Do these people take Stupid Pills, or what?
