The killer posted on Facebook that he was going to kill elementary kids. The FB algorithm should have caught that and LE notified by moderators immediately. But they were too busy purging conservatives and church groups.
Not much of a heads up. Texas lawmakers did nothing to prevent high school aged kids from accessing body armor, guns and ammunition without an iota of instruction or mental screening.
To drive a car, Texas law requires teens to complete a 32 hour theory course, 7 hours of driving & 7 hours of observation. An additional 30 hours of driving must be logged before you can get your license.
Compare that to getting a weapon that can take out a whole school yard in a couple of minutes.
Blood on everyone’s hands who oppose sensible gun safety laws.
