Have they made the charges public, yet? The office that was supposedly “trashed” apparently had an ash tray overturned in it and a Trump flag left inside. You would think that by now they would have figured out conclusively which one he was responsible for...
Or maybe the real reason he is being held has to do with the laptop allegedly taken from the Oregon congresscritter’s office, and holding suspects in isolation is an attempt to get one of them to reveal what happened to it, or worse, a blackmail effort to prevent anyone in possession of it from using information from it out of fear their associates could be charged with espionage or end up like Epstein.
