Yep, that's the plan. Killing a bunch of elementary school kids is a very tiny omelet for them. They want many more of those. So they will destroy religion and culture, and shut down schools so more TX shooter kids drop out. Basically promote various nihilistic philosophies to lead to violence, Then step and save the people from the violence.
True, but the bigger picture is that in 1999 NATO turned from a defensive role (limited to peacekeeping in the prior Serbian / former Yugo conflicts) to an offensive force, invading a sovereign country to remove part and turn it into a separatist region attached to a neighbor. Sound familiar?
