A North Dakota/Texas 18-year-old who doesn’t know how to drive? Another tick mark on the ‘odd’ list.

I was just keying off what was posted. The post I responded to said Beto said the kid didn't know how to drive.

Aside from that, many kids today tend not to want to drive. I couldn't wait when I was a teen.
