I had on cnbc (they are much better than Fox Business for following the markets).
This large official presentation came on and someone was yelling at them from the floor BUT oddly enough Shep Smith had cut away and was doing his pointless summary voice over, while this confrontation was going on but you couldn’t hear it.
Typical modern failure to cover events
I switched to Fox but by then you couldn’t hear the person who was still yelling and being escorted out.

From what I saw of it, Governor Abbot had just turned over the mike to the Lt. Governor, when a guy (later identified as O’Rourke) stood up and started shouting and pointing his finger at Abbot. Since he wasn’t miked up, I couldn’t really understand any of what he was saying. He was repeatedly told he was ‘out of order’ and later told to leave the site. There were other comments made by Abbot to the effect that it was neither the time nor place for O’Rourke’s comments. (And there were a few stronger comments as well.
