Trump was president when the Las Vegas shooting happened, the Texas First Baptist shooting, the Parkman shooting, the El Paso Walmart shooting, etc. Doesn't seem to matter who is in the White House.
I think it has more to do with the economy and the fabric of our society falling apart rather than who is President.

Maybe it’s because the shooter had sympathies with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front on Mindanao, Philippines? You know the people he gave a couple hundred thousand bucks to before he slaughtered a bunch of Americans?
