still there, including support for the "Matthew Shepherd Foundation", named for a part-time homosexual prostitute/part-time drug dealer killed by two men, one of whom was also a homosexual prostitute, after the three met at a gay-friendly bar. The two men may have been trying to steal a shipment of crystal meth. I didn't know any of these details until I read
this Guardian article, which is 8 years old but was new to me. The circumstances of Shepherd's murder are very different than what was reported in the press at the time.
