Sounds like a great program, but I’m not sure how successful it will be to tell non-Christian peoples about God-given rights.
Further, the American communists have twisted “American values” to = globohomo, diversity, mass immigration, open borders, worship of the environment, anti-Christian / satanic beliefs, and abortion worship.
Are you really a bad boy? Great freeper name btw.
Of course they would. That’s a given
Yeah, ‘cause this has worked so well everywhere that we’ve tried it before.
Yeah, but how do we explain that we no longer adhere to our own founding principles and instead are looking more like the Chinese way?
Never mind about “exposing Chinese citizens to the founding principles of the United States”.
What about exposing AMERICAN citizens (most Dems) to the founding principles of the United States?
Especially, the crazy far left Dems like Hakeem Jeffries, AOC etc who don't have a clue what this country is about.
I think this must be done in tandem with converting them to Christianity and showing how the 2 are linked. God-given rights and faith in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
A largely Confucian world view may also be a very significant barrier.
I would find such a move to be condescending if I were Chinese. Let them define their own independence. It is not “demoractic” to force “democracy” or even a Republic on a people who don’t want it. Communism is the problem because it denies essential God-given rights, but also because Communist dogma requires the world-wide revolution. The Chinese version translates that into Red Chinese hegemony, at least regionally, if not globally.
Make the ‘RATs pass the final exam or leave the country too.
More people in China may end up knowing American principles than people in America.
China has millions and millions of Christians and was on track, before Xi, to be the largest Christian country in the world and 10 years later, to have more Christians that all other countries combined.
A largely Confucian world view may also be a very significant barrier.

There may be more Christians in China than in the US.
A lot of Confucian principles are very like Christianity; and the Tao might be considered a force similar to our concept of God.
L O L all they have to do is look where these so-called founding principles of God is I think we rival China easily for corruption
we need to get that back on track!
In 2015 I taught a course on U.S. history and culture to undergrads at Sichuan University in Chengdu China. One unit covered the Constitution and Bill of Rights. It was well received with lots of good discussion. Not once did I need to explicitly criticize China. Students could certainly draw their own conclusions.
How about introducing American values to our government?
