What happens if at that predetermined time, the Red Chinese act in the south china sea area?
Or on our southern boarder and within the USA?

Years ago, the port authorities at either Long Beach or LA admitted that they had seized weapons of mass destruction being brought into this country. The port authorities denied that original statement by that port authority person. It was reported by a local TV reporter. I can not find that original TV report anymore.
