UNAIDS has expressed concern that some public reporting and commentary on Monkeypox has used language and imagery, particularly portrayals of LGBTI and African people, that reinforce homophobic and racist stereotypes and exacerbate stigma. Lessons from the AIDS response show that stigma and blame directed at certain groups of people can rapidly undermine outbreak response.

We’ll, AIDS WAS spread by queers. It was spread among straight people from IV drug users who likely got it from some user who performed queer acts for drug money, and closeted queers contaminating the Red Cross blood supply for money. Not sorry about the stigma. AIDS is a disease spread by queers. Full stop. Monkey pox is being spread by queers. The more we condone queers and their behavior, the more of this crap we’re going to get.
I view the UNAIDS as a spreader of monkey pox.

They are still trying to push the narrative that gay men as a group are no more promiscuous than heterosexual men. And that diseases of promiscuity are just as prevalent in the heterosexual population as the homosexual population.
