Will Midterms Be Biden's Last Hurrah?

Regardless of whether the republican party takes control of 2 or even all 3 branches of our government, a vital area that conservative, America-first Americans have failed to counter/remove is activist judges. AKA, judges who legislative from the bench; AKA judges who disregard federal and state constitutions breaking their oaths to uphold them.

Regradless of holding a majority, Democrats continue to use liberal judges and lawfare in place of legislation. Sadly, there seems to be no easy remedy for conservative Americans to remove activist judges. Democrats don't need a majority when they have activist judges doing their bidding. There will be no 'last hurrah' until we find a remedy to remove activist judges!

What you have illuminated, is exactly why the 17th Amendment needs to be repealed..

With the checks and balances removed from the Senate, it’s foisted a corrupted Judiciary on America.

Our Founding Father’s were not stupid

We have a remedy.
It is written in the constitution.
The house has control over the judiciary.
The house can impeach judges at will.
The democommies and republiCAN’Ts refuse to do their constitutional duties and remove the activist judges.

This is why we need a clean sweep, and must remove ALL of the bush league chamber of commerce worshiping republiCAN’Ts from office.
At all costs
