That’s $40 billion in borrowed money, folks. As in, money we don’t have in the first place.
I’m guessing that when America is in its final collapse Congress will still be borrowing money, and then sending it overseas.
Hate to shatter your fantasy, but very little of the $40 B will leave these hollowed shores and a goodly chunk of it will stay in the pockets the swamp dwellers in DC.
