Where in the devil did this come from? Other than someone dreaming up some term that would get under the skin of people, can anyone explain its origin and when it took place? It’s sure new to me and I haven’t been sleeping through the past 80 years. Is that all it takes? Someone to put a name to something to stir people up and it becomes a THING that becomes controversial?
