Is it at least worth investigating? Or do we just blindly say “Yes the vax caused this” or “Nope. Not the vax.”

Cancer just happens sometimes.
Why? CUP cancer didn't suddenly appear with Covid. It has been a rare, but known form of cancer for years. Nor is there anything in this story suggesting that suddenly it's becoming more common. Connecting it with the vaccine makes no sense at all.
Not with this particular cancer, I suppose. But perhaps it's worth investigating the role vaccination generally plays, long-term, in cancers generally. Vaccination affects the immune system, and the immune system is the body's first line of defense against nascent tumors.
