At this point, there is only one effective way of sealing the border. Bring the US military home from around the world and station armed combat troops on the border. Have the troops install barbed wire and razor wire in the sections of the border where the wall has not been completed. Then announce that effective on a specific date the troops have orders to shoot to kill anyone coming across the border. Likely the social justice warriors will encourage a large mob to rush the border. However, once the troops demonstrate they will perform their duty the border crisis will be over and the the flood of people crossing Mexico to get to the border will stop.
