Why are we paying anything? It becomes graft back to Democrats.
That is the whole purpose of America paying for it. So that our politicians will get the kickbacks and the dirty money. Which will be 99 and 44/100 percent, if not more, of the money sent there. The Ukrainians will be lucky if they receive 1 cent out of every hundred dollars sent there.
