There is more. Vlad has blown the rail bridges west of Odessa, those rail lines WERE carrying fuel to the Ukies from Romania…as Vlad’s reverse sanctions slowed fuel to the Poles and EU, the Ukies had to go begging fuel from Romania( remember Hitler in WW2- secured the Romanian oil and refineries)…
….and Vlad slowly but surely is checkmating slow Joe’s war. The quicker Biden’s war ends, the better.
