Hmmm. If they control the license, they control access. Simple.
Requiring a license is an infringement. They would have to modify the 2nd amendment and then ratified by at least 36 states (which could take 10 years).
The right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Licenses are for privileges. Keeping and bearing arms is a constitutional right.
I’m sure they want a license for the 1A as well. Seems they all want to go back to the year 1984.

As usual, any demoncrat who initiates a gun control bill is only out to hinder the legal gun owners...not the folks in their own constituencies. It is time to become ungovernable.
