No one is forcing you to buy a $28 beer.

OTG, which operated the restaurant that sold the beer, had overly charged 25 customers

I am surprised that 25 people actually paid for a beer that cost that much. Shows the power of an expense account.

Also, the complaint came in LAST YEAR. Only the government could wait months and then congratulate themselves on noticing the theft.

And what was the guy doing, that was supposed to be in charge of reviewing concessions at the Port Authority? After all, I can guarantee that they wouldn't have waited months (years?) if OTG didn't forward them the Port Authority's share of proceeds.

Any bets on whom OTG management is connected to, at City Hall?
