I am baffled by conservatives who are so naïve as to believe that suddenly Pelosi, Biden,, Sean Penn, Bosnia Johnson, the leaders of the EU in Germany, Soros, Schwab, CNN, Schumer etc are suddenly on the side of freedom. Uke fans are supporting globohomo.
I could list a string of equally unsavory characters on the Russian side. It’s not a question of freedom per se — Ukraine isn’t exactly a bastion of freedom, nor is Russia. Consistent US policy, supported and managed by such men as Ronald Reagan, has been to prevent exactly what has finally happened — Russiangoing hot. Now that it’s happened, the situation needs to be returned to the pre-war status. We may disagree on how best to get there but cheering on Russian annexation efforts isn’t going to cool the situation.
Putin appears to be some sort of pedo creep as well. I suppose those supporting russian actions in Ukraine also support “globohomo.”
