The ACLU is now just another revenue flow group bought and paid for by the left to create chaos - nothing more. They use and abuse all systems of governance just to state and expand their ridiculous agendas - which is hating on America’s basic standards.

The article reminds me of a survey undergraduate political science class I took in college. The instructor was the head of the Political Science Department and referred to himself as a “reformed liberal.”
He had become somewhat controversial when he rejected the thesis of a PhD candidate who wanted to do a Marxian analysis of Central American politics. In his rejection, the professor had said that Marxist analysis was not scientific. It proceeds from an a priori analytical viewpoint: it only cites evidence fitting a predetermined theory. He said that science, on the other hand, required an a posteriori analytical viewpoint: evidence is first gathered and a theory or theories explaining it is formulated afterwards. Therefore, a Marxian political science analysis was a contradiction in terms. The student had to either submit a properly conducted political science analysis to the Political Science Department or submit a Marxian analysis to the Philosophy Department. Needless to say, this position made him pretty unpopular among the many young radicals at the university.
When we got around to talking about communism as a political system during the course, he noted that communist theorists called for the physical elimination of the bourgeoisie class as a necessary act. When it was pointed out to them that they, the theorists, were all from the bourgeoisie and were calling for their own destruction, they replied “Yes, they were.” In order for the revolution to succeed, they had to be eliminated. The professor said they were perfectly suicidal in their commitment to their ideology.
The thinking described in the above article strikes me as being along the same lines. The ACLU and fellow travelers are so committed to the trans ideology (as a subset of LGBTQI ideology) that they are even willing to deny basic biology in order to further it .
My question is why?
My answer is that they have such a depth of commitment to reshaping human society to fit their peculiar vision of the future that any deceit is justified if it advances the cause. Since they have subverted even the fundamental elements of good character (specifically, truthfulness and honesty) to their cause, any interaction with them has significant potential for failure. Having no honor, their word means nothing to them. Any agreements they enter into will only be observed as long as it is beneficial/convenient to them to do so. Extraordinary measures must taken to ensure their full and complete compliance.

Captain - Thanks for great summary analysis. It seems to apply in our country to more organizations and institutions than the ACLU.

Here we have the assumption that because they can define men as a class another way it actually makes it true. This is no better than a rather silly hypothesis, and when the implications of that hypothesis run contrary to observed data, in Feynman's words, "It is WRONG." What you have to do to cite evidence that men can get pregnant, for example, is to redefine "men" and "pregnancy". The upshot is a statement made up of words that have no semantic content.
Quite a lot of Marx is like that, and modern social theory that employs this sort of semantic trickery is built on Marxian sand. The best of it only sounds good and the rest is utter gibberish.
