The Russia-controlled Donetsk administration said over 900 Ukrainian troops surrendered the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol, a figure much larger than previously reported.
"In total, 962 Ukrainian militants surrendered from the territory of the Azovstal metallurgical plant in Mariupol," the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Territorial Defense Headquarters said.
Mixed reports have emerged concerning the number of Ukrainian personnel that were evacuated from the plant upon its surrender, as early estimates put the figure between a few hundred and 1,000, Ukraine's military said.

Ukrainian troops and others emerge from the Steel Plant without arms, carry white flags, and walk over to ENEMY lines. And the media calls this a ‘withdraw’ or ‘evacuation’, implying that it’s simply a redeployment of troops.
So now it’s a SURRENDER??? Looks like the media only got away with this lie for 24 hours. The question for those still on the fence is what else is the media LYING about in this war? Answer: Whatever advances the $40B.
At least they’re downgrading AZOV to militants instead of calling them heroes like they were two days ago. I imagine once the Russians show off their SS tattoos and have a looksie at their cell phone images, we can get back to calling them Nazi scum.
