Foreigners...hard to tell, they have high value to the West, particularly if Russia doesn’t publicly disclose they have them. A nice way to get the sanctions lifted, perhaps.
Azovs and Mercenaries...they all finish off their lives in prison, some there longer than others, but not one of them will leave prison still alive.
