It is a loss, but at the same time they held out longer than I expected.

“they held out longer than I expected”

What was not expected was that the US would flush billions of dollars of “aid” down the toilet in a frantic effort to pound a square peg into a round hole.

Lesson learned—never underestimate the insanity of the US Uniparty.

Right now, Azovstal has assembled dozens of buses, military police, a lot of military equipment. There are also ambulances, including reanimobiles. The column stretched for several hundred meters. Just from there, the surrender is to be large-scale.

Levi@Levi_godman · 2h

The DPR reported that they are preparing reserve capacities to receive 2,000 prisoners of war

Levi@Levi_godman · 3h

Sladkov says according to his info there are 804 AZOV in Azovstal. The rest are regular AFU,Policemen,National Guard Border Guards.

Aprox 2500 total.

There about 200 frozen corps inside Azovstal

Alexander Khodakovsky
How poetically one can call a banal surrender:
“The High Military Command issued an order to the commanders of the units stationed at Azovstal to save the lives of the personnel.

An operation is underway to rescue the defenders of Ukraine blocked on the territory of the plant.”

In other words, we put the enemy in such a position that he has only one prospect: either death or a white flag. Apparently, the choice fell on the second, it remains only to furnish it all beautifully in order to give society not in the form of defeat, but in the form of victory. This is the distinguishing feature of the modern world with its sliding from reality into virtuality, where, by juggling words correctly, you can distort the meanings as you like.
I remember Vizbor had about the village of Novlyanki: and if they beat him, then with a hand, and not at all with a statement ...

But the reality is this: despite the difficulties and shortcomings of the beginning of the operation, in an honest and stubborn battle we defeated the enemy, who had all the advantages: both the numerical strength that was not inferior to ours, and the conditions of the war, where they are on the defensive, and we are on the offensive, and the city, which was supposed to become for us the “second Terrible” ... This is not yet a victory in the war, but this is a positive example, which is of considerable importance.

Alexander Khodakovsky
I received this report:
“Sergeevich they are moving everywhere (from all holes), digging out and pulling towards our bridge ...”

May 1
Strelkov Igor Ivanovich
Azovstal.
Judging by the reports,
the surrender did not take
place, but another shameful
agreement took place.
Let’s wait for the results.
If in the coming days
the “heroes of Azov” will
be covered with flowers in
Kyiv, it will be possible
to state another
triumph of sabotage and idiocy
in one bottle.
P.S. It is very characteristic
that in the DPR the small
but very vile slug Khodakovsky
acted as the “lawyer” of
this disgrace.

If we omit the epithets with which Strelkov expresses his long-standing “love” for me, while simultaneously demonstrating the state of his head and spirit, then he raises an interesting question, if I understood him correctly. Apparently, for advocacy on my part, he took my remarks that it was good that our guys would be exchanged for prisoners, and they would receive freedom. So, after all, what is more important: not to give up the enemy so that he does not become operational tomorrow, or to exchange him for ours, many of which may not become operational, but they are ours and must return?

I’m not a war hero - I’m a military administrator. But I also made a lot of efforts to have a significant exchange fund. As for setting up the released and completely lowered enemies, somehow, with God’s help, we will deal with them again. But you think about what is more important for you personally ...

It is a powerful tool to say the least

It's pure gaslighting.

Let's see: Celebrities singing "Imagine" on a Zoom call from their mansions vs. mechanized divisions in open country.

Who wins?

You missed what really happened. They were “evacuated” into Russian custody. Or surrendered in straight terms.

Except it has little effect on the situation on the ground.

“Foreigners...hard to tell, they have high value to the West, particularly if Russia doesn’t publicly disclose they have them.”

US and UK Special Forces are a valuable asset to Russia.

Expect them to be leveraged.

Damn the bastards that sent them there.

Is it true we’re giving Ukraine as much money to fight this war as Russia spends on their military annually?

That is true, but you see how many take it as all fact.

I like and honest assessment no matter who it does or doesn’t favor.

Others don’t choose that.

Yeh, I thought they said Ukraine was winning and Russia was in retreat. Maybe this is an isolated city and Ukraine is winning everywhere else.
