Why should any of us care about this place? 2 countries fighting each other. Well, I care when I realize that the borders were written into a document that involved the removal of weapons that endangered hundreds of millions, if not billions, of souls on this planet. I do not give a flying fart about what someone considered a territory to be in their back yard in the 1800s. Nothing from that time harkens to the endangerment of hundreds of millions of lives. It is a much easier line to draw.
Russia annexed Crimea peacefully. Why should I give a flying f*ck about the territorial integrity of Ukraine when over two million illegal aliens are pouring thru our Southern border? Or over 100k Americans have died this past year from drugs passing thru that border?
