Explain about the mercenaries part
The mercenaries are part of no organized militia, at least not as they cross the borders into the US. But once here, they organize into paramilitary units, and train in remote sites. Is is quite useful to recruit these paramilitary groups, and use them as strike teams working in the interests of some nefarious objective, such as riot placements and logistics to disrupt the daily life of Americans at large. A fifth column, if you will, imported for that very purpose, to “reset” the national scene and fundamentally change the way this country operates.
And it is being done right under our noses.
