Thanks. From link.

One person was killed and four others were critically wounded Sunday after a gunman opened fire on a Taiwanese church congregation in Laguna Woods.

The shooting occurred at 1:26 p.m. inside Geneva Presbyterian Church on the 24000 block of El Toro Road. Authorities said the shooting occurred during a lunch banquet following a morning church service, and that a group of church-goers “hog-tied” the shooter’s leg with an extension cord and took two weapons from the suspect.

The Sheriff’s Department said it detained the suspect and recovered two handguns from the scene.

“That group of churchgoers displayed what we believe is exceptional heroism, heroism, and bravery ... in detaining the suspect,” Undersheriff Jeff Hallock said.

I love it, how they took care of it.

Meanwhile, the cynic in me notices the public PRAISE they were given.

If it were the usual white victims, we’d at least get the scolding “no one should try to do this dangerous action”.
