Ed Arnold, former British Army Officer and Research Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute has more on the situation in Ukraine. He said the battle is "effectively over" in Kharkiv and that Ukraine has won the fight in the city.
The UK Ministry of Defence has said that Russia has "lost a third of their forces deployed in Ukraine" and is "unlikely to accelerate their rate of advance in the next 30 days."
Their latest statement came as Russia's offensive in Donbas "lost momentum" and has "fallen significantly behind schedule."

I saw some TV docs that said FDR was complicit in allowing us to be attacked at Pearl Harbor, so we’d enter the War, ramp-up the economy and military casualties be damned. Well, it did work.

2041: Deputy Führer Rudolf Hess flew from Germany to Scotland on May 10, 1941, claiming that he wanted to discuss peace terms with Britain and that their common enemy was the Soviet Union. Hess was imprisoned and interrogated. After the war, he was convicted at the Nuremberg trials and sentenced to life at Spandau Prison. A British intelligence file said to contain an interrogation transcript and Hess’ correspondence with King George VI is scheduled to be unsealed 100 years after his arrest. Historians say the papers might show whether British intelligence tricked Hess into undertaking his fateful mission.
2045: In May 1945, the British Royal Air Force (RAF) attacked two German ships in the Baltic Sea carrying 7,000 survivors of the Neuengamme concentration camp. Only 350 survived. RAF intelligence had mistakenly believed the vessels held Nazi officials escaping to Norway or Sweden. Because the RAF ordered the records to remain classified for 100 years, scholars have been unable to offer a complete account of one of the worst “friendly-fire” incidents in history.
2045: During World War II, the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) lent Britain highly skilled radar technicians—“the Secret 5,000”—who flew on patrols over the Atlantic Ocean to detect German submarines and aircraft. The RCAF deemed its work so classified it sealed all pertinent records about the operation for a century. Even today, the Secret 5,000 are not mentioned in official RCAF histories.

There’s propaganda coming from both sides, but from what I’ve seen, there’s way more of it coming from the pro-Ukraine side. And why would Lloyd Austin call for Russia-Ukraine cease-fire in talk with Sergei Shoigu if Ukraine was winning it? Sorry not buying it.

I am hoping that word gets back to all young army age men in Russia. That Ukraine is a meat grinder and that you are Putin’s greatest fool to be sent there. I can see tens and tens of thousands of Russian men finding a way to dodge Putin’s shitshow. Thus neutralizing the Russian army, due to lack of war mongering patriotism.
If we are lucky, this can all stop when Pooty Toot comes off the oncologist’s operating table, functioning like a Zombie.

If Russia’s military gets defeated and so much of it destroyed, Russia may start to look like a good bet for China to invade. With waves of millions of soldiers.
