Has he, or his handlers bothered to ask the countries these groups are active in, if they think it’s a good idea to remove them from the terrorist list?

The Japanese cult Aum Shinrikyo is probably not much of a threat anymore because the founder and the other key perps in the sarin gas attacks got their date with the hangman.

The Japanese aren't squeamish about using the hangman for these sort of crimes.

more - The reviews take into account whether designated groups are still active, whether they have committed terrorist acts within the previous five years and whether removal from or retention of the list would be in U.S. national security interests.

So why remove them? Are the Nazi’s or communist parties still on the list or have they ever been?
Are the democrat party thug groups like the KKK or antifa etc. on the list or ever have been?
